Re: SLM won't launch after upgrading to 9.5

When you say nothing happens, does it open your default web browser and you get a blank screen or is it not launching the browser?

After installation did you reboot?

When was the last time you re-activated your core?

Are you licensed for LDMS 9.5 and it has not expired?

When you click on SLM check the Managementsuite\log directory on server are any logs updated? if so do any have errors?

 

It might be quicker to open a ticket with support.

We might also need to get a copy of your DB in house.
