You can either use Unmanaged Device Discovery from the core, or from the client machine you can map to the core server and execute wscfg32.exe, located at c:\Program Files\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\ldlogon. This will display a GUI interface on the client machine which can be used to select options and install the agent on the client.
